Seller issues Draft Contract;

Buyer signs, seals
and returns the Contract;
8.
Seller signs the Contract and returns it
to
the Buyer;
9.
Within 3 (three) banking
days, buyer’s
bank sends
a
Non-Operative financial instrument for total shipment value to seller’s
bank;
10.
Within 5 (five) banking days seller’s bank sends Proof of Products (POP) + 2% PB via swift bank to bank methods and activates payment
instruments;
11.
Finacial instrument becomes operative;
12.
Shipment starts.

buyer’s order.
